The townhouse is very spacious and welcoming and is set over 3 floors with the solarium/roof terrace being the top floor which provides the energy friendly (green) solar water heater. The accommodation would suit families with young children or young professionals, university students, golfers and/or honeymooners.
The large lounge provides a formal dining area for 6 people to sit comfortably and a separate lounge area for relaxing. There is a terrace from the lounge where you can watch Fuengirola in it's hustle and bustle and overlooks the well tended ??terrace garden (growing culinary herbs).
There is a stair case from the lounge that leads to the solarium - beware of the sun up there though! The fully fitted kitchen is very modern and fitted 3 years ago with top class black solid marble worktop along with a breakfast bar, electric hob, fan oven, microwave.

The townhouse benefits from a very large community swimming pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The swimming pool and gardens are well kept and as the house does not share the pool with many houses there is time for peace and quiet at various times in the day.
The townhouse is set in a private urbanisation - Puebla Costa Blanca. The property is 0.5km from the closest motorway junction and the Costa del Sol Railway which links the urbanization directly to the airport and Malaga one way and Fuengirola the other and there are ample taxis available at the bottom of the street.
Local shopping is a short taxi or train ride away. There is too much choice of eateries available in Fuengirola and Torreblanca but a must try are the local Chiringuitos restaurants that are always found on the beach side.
There is a communal pool set on the community which is beautifully well kept by the local gardener, giving Puebla Costa Blanca a true Spanish experience.
